The city of Tulsa, Oklahoma held nonpartisan city council elections on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on June 24, 2014, for races in which more than two candidates filed to run. Because one candidate received a majority of the votes in the primary election for District 4, its general election was called off. Incumbent Blake Ewing defeated Dan Patten, Julian Morgan and Elissa K. Harvill.[1][2]
