Denise Baschab ran for judge on the Baldwin County District Court in Alabama. She ran for the seat previously held by Jody Bishop.[1]
2012 election
Baschab was defeated by Scott Taylor (Alabama) in the Republican primary on March 13, receiving 41.20 percent of the vote.[2][3]

Education
Baschab received an undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in 1995 and her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2000.[1]
Career
Baschab began her career in private practice. In 2001, she began serving as a domestic violence prosecutor with the City of Mobile and since 2003 has served as an assistant district attorney in Baldwin County.[1]
