Denise Frederick is an at-large representative on the Springfield Public Schools school board in Missouri. Frederick won a new term in the at-large general election on April 4, 2017.

Frederick's work experience includes serving as the Director of Secondary Education at Missouri State University, and an administrator and teacher at Springfield Public Schools. She received both her bachelor's and master's degrees from Missouri State University and her Ph.D. from Saint Louis University.[1]

Two seats on the Springfield Public Schools school board were scheduled for at-large general election on April 4, 2017. However, the election for the seats was canceled due to lack of opposition. Incumbents Tim Rosenbury and Denise Frederick were the only candidates to file in the race, and they were automatically re-elected.[2]

Board incumbents Rosenbury and Frederick were automatically re-elected.
