H. Gibbs Flanders, Jr. was the chief judge of the Dublin Circuit of Georgia.[1] He was appointed by Governor Zell Miller on September 27, 1993. His most recent term expired in 2016.[2]

Education

Flanders received his B.A. from Georgia Southern College and his J.D. from the University of Georgia.[3] He also graduated from the Judge Advocate Generals School at the University of Virginia in 1981.[4]

Career

2012 election

Flanders ran unopposed for re-election to the Dublin Superior Court.[5] He was re-elected after receiving 99.8 percent of the vote in the July 31 election.[6]
