Howard Bryan
Howard F. Bryan, IV was a judge for Circuit 5 in Alabama.[1] He retired in 2007 but took the bench again in a special case, and occasionally fills in for recused judges.[2]
Education
Bryan graduated from Samford University with B.S. in General Business in 1969. He received his J.D. in 1972 from the University of Alabama Law School.[3]
