Karen A. Conrad is the chief circuit court judge for the 12th Judicial Circuit, which presides over Oldham, Henry, and Trimble counties of Kentucky.[1] She was re-elected to the court without opposition in 2014, winning an eight-year term that expires on January 1, 2023.[2][3]
