Michael D. DeVane
Michael D. DeVane was a judge of the Waycross Circuit of Georgia.[1] He joined the court in 2008, and his term expired in 2016.
Biography
DeVane received his B.A. from Valdosta State University and his J.D. from Mercer University. Prior to joining the court, he served as an assistant district attorney and solicitor general. DeVane has also worked in private practice. He was admitted to the bar in 1982.[2][3]

DeVane ran unopposed for re-election to the Waycross Superior Court.[4] He was re-elected after receiving 99.8 percent of the vote on July 31, 2012.[5]
