Michael Jordan Fairchild was a 2014 candidate for the 14th District Court in Oklahoma.[1]

Primary: He was defeated in the primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 8.8 percent of the vote. He competed against Kurt Glassco, Jon R. Patton, and Jill Webb. [1][2]

Education

Fairchild received a bachelor's degree in American history from Ohio State University, and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law.[3]

Career

Fairchild has been an attorney in private practice for forty years. He spent two years as a municipal prosecutor in Tulsa. He has advocated the legalization of marijuana since 1998, and provides some pro bono services to misdemeanor possession charges for first-time offenders.[3]
