Biography
Nowakowski was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended St. Mary's High School and earned a bachelor's degree in religious studies from Arizona State University. He is the vice president of Radio Campesina, a network of radio stations throughout the southwestern part of the country.[1][2]

The city of Phoenix, Arizona, held elections for mayor and city council on August 25, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was May 27, 2015.[3] Four of the eight city council seats were up for election. In District 7, incumbent Michael Nowakowski was unopposed.[4][5]
