Odessa F. Vincent was an associate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She joined the court on January 25, 2002 and retired from the court in 2010.[1][2]

Education

Vincent received her undergraduate degree from the University of the District of Columbia in 1981 and her J.D. from Howard University in 1984.[3]
