Richard D. Culver
Richard D. Culver was a judge for the Hancock County Circuit Court in Indiana. He retired on October 1, 2017.[1]
Education
Culver earned his B.A. from Franklin College in Indiana. He received his J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.[2]
Elections
2012
Culver ran unopposed for re-election to the court in 2012.[3] He was successful in his bid, receiving 100 percent of the vote.[4]
2006
In 2006, Culver ran unopposed to the circuit court of Hancock County, Indiana.[5]
