Phillip Morris was a judicial candidate for Texas District 10.

Education

Morris received his undergraduate degree from University Of Houston - Downtown and his J.D. from University of Houston Law Center.[1]

Career

Morris works at his own firm and as an adjunct professor at Alvin Community College. Prior to becoming a lawyer he worked for 30 years as a police officer.[1]

2012 election

Morris ran for a seat on the 10th District Court, but was defeated in the primary. Fellow Republicans George Young and Kerry Neves competed in the primary runoff[2], the winner being Kerry Neves, who ran unopposed in the general election.
