Thomas P. Larkin
Thomas P. Larkin was a superior court judge for the Pierce County Superior Court in Pierce County, Washington. He began serving on the court on January 3, 1997, and he retired on July 31, 2015.[1][2]
Education
Larkin received his undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University in 1970 and his J.D. from the Gonzaga Law School in 1973.[1]

2012 evaluation
The Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association placed Larkin as ninth out of the 22 Pierce County judges, giving him a 85.3 percent positive rating.[3]
