|Victor Williams began his legal career in Mobile, Alabama as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable William Brevard Hand. Falling in love with the Heart of Dixie, Victor often returned to his adopted Fairhope to summer and holiday even as he established his law teaching career in Washington, D.C.
In late 2015, Williams became a strong Trump advocated and he established Law Professors for Trump. The independent group supported Trump, his appointments, and his America First policies -- in the media and the courts.
Victor joyfully returned to Fairhope fulltime to found TrumpDemocrats.com. TrumpDemocrats.com will work in disruptive ways to reclaim the Democrat Party from the Marxists, Incompetents, Anarchists, and Academic Thugs.
TrumpDemocrats.com also sends a message to anti-Trump Republican elites that Trump has huge untapped support among working Democrats, Independents, and Libertarians.
- Fight Inflation by Slashing Federal and State Gas Taxes and State Food Taxes
- Implement Term Limits for Congress, Judges, Military Brass, and all Bureaucrats (like Fauci)
- Law & Order by fighting urban crime, defending police, death penalty for child rape. But also by legalizing marijuana.
End Covid Mandate Tyranny; Close Jan 6th Garland Gulag; Legalize Marijuana; Defend RKBA and all constitutional liberties; Expand Medicaid in Alabama; Death Penalty for Child Rape; Law & Order by fighting urban crime and thievery; Build the Wall; Expose Deep State Operations; End Absentee Balloting; Slash Gas Tax; Impose Term Limits for Senate, House, Judges, Military Brass, and all Asinine Bureaucrats (like Fauci).

"AMERICA FIRST" NO WEAK-SISTER "ALABAMA FIRST" Detailed America First Populist Positions: End Covid Tyranny; Close Jan 6th Garland Gulag; Legalize Marijuana; RKBA; Fight Inflation; Expand Medicaid; Death Penalty for Child Rape; Law & Order; Build the Wall; Expose Deep State Processes & Operations; End Absentee Balloting; Slash Gas & Food Taxes; Impose Term Limits for Senate, House, Judges, Military Brass, and all Asinine Bureaucrats (like Fauci). Continuing the theme of 99 Days of Trump Love Expressed, Alabama has a unique opportunity to engage in an open, public expression of love for the United States of America. For our historic age is NOT about a selfish time of "me first" in which a Mitch McConnell can come into Alabama to anoint an unexperienced intern as Alabama's US Senator. NOR is our historic age about some weak-sister political straddle of "Alabama First." As Trump declared from the beginning, 0ur historic age is about "America First" and MAGA. Watch out for the red flag of a declaration of "Alabama First" from any candidate! Watch out if they will only say "America First" when forced to do so, after months of spewing the weak-sister straddle of "Alabama First" as dictated by the Old Crow. In fairness, it may just be impossible for a weak sister type to instinctively profess "America First." The result is a US Senate candidate that appears to be running for Deputy Mayor of Enterprise, Alabama. (No offense to the wonderful Trump-loving folks in Enterprise intended.) With that foundation, Professor Victor MAGA Williams presents the following national policy positions. These America First Policy Positions will be debated, expanded, and explored in the next 99 days until the May 24 Alabama Crossover Primary. Victor always knows he is on the right track if his ideas and policy positions anger the top ranks of both parties and infuriate the DC ideologues in their PACs and think tanks. Victor MAGA Williams has an unapologetic populist message: ***Defend Faith, Family, Life. ***Find More Federal Support for Alabama's Desperately Needed Medicaid Expansion ***Defend RKBA and all Constitutional Liberties including Attainder bans of Article I, sections 9 and 10. ***Criminal Justice Reform: Fully Legalize Marijuana (or Criminalize Victor's Favorite Hendricks Gin). Judge Not-Legalize Pot! ***Fight Inflation: Eliminate Federal/AL Gas Tax ***Fight Inflation: Federal Help to Eliminate AL Food Tax ***Fight Inflation: Expose/Eliminate Massive Military/Pentagon Fraud, Waste, Abuse ***Fight Inflation: Time Adjust Baseline of Capital Gains Taxation ***Fight Inflation: Energy Independence Again. ***Immediately Release all Political Prisoners from Biden/Garland's January 6th Washington, DC Gulag. ***End Covid Mandate Tyrannies ***Replace Airport TSA Thugs with Technology ***Law & Order: Take Back America's Cities from Anarchists, Thugs, and Thieves ***Law & Order: Recognition of PTSD (post traumatic stress syndrome) Defense for Police Officers Charged with In-Service Excessive Force Crimes. ***Law & Order: Rebuild the Damned Wall ***Law & Order: Death Penalty for Child Rapists (Retest 2008 SCOTUS 5-4 sharply divided high court precedent Kennedy v. Louisiana declaring DP for Child Rape unconstitutional. Pass federal law then use a test case similar to the real Mike Demented Durant family horror.) ***Law & Order: Expose all Deep State Practices & Processes ***Law & Order: Raise Curtain on Intelligence Agencies Foreign and Domestic ***Never Again Spill American Blood on Foreign Quicksand ***Absolute Election Integrity: Federal Pressure to Substantially Curtail if not Eliminate Absentee Balloting. ***Strict Terms Limits for Congress, Judges, Military Brass, and Asinine Federal Bureaucrats (like Fauci). [SCOTUS recently said a constitutional amendment is needed to impose Senate and House Term Limits. US Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton. SCOTUS has long said that their Article III "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour" means lifetime tenure of office and salary. Even a when federal judge commits serious federal felony and is sent to federal prison. She is still an Article III judge with all the perks and power. Paint white stripes on her black robes and pass the felon's $223,000 annual federal judicial salary through the prison bars. Hell of a prison cigarette fund. After time served and with just enough time in a halfway house to call and hire a new year's crop of law clerks, the judge goes back on the bench. Walter Nixon v. United States. So fine, it will require a constitutional amendment for term limits on Senate, House, and Judges/Justices. JUST DO IT! However, a simple federal statute with attendant OPM regulations will impose immediate term limits on Military Brass, Congressional Staff, and Federal Bureaucrats. Asinine Fauci has had 50 years to do his worst and he is still harming Americans' health today. So lets say it's 18 years max for all federal employment. Whether its miliary, executive, congressional, or independent agency employment. 18 years total starting with your first unpaid internship. Many Alabama voters reading this will very likely have a lover, spouse, friend, relative, neighbor who is a federal "worker." Too bad! It must be implemented. This is a great example of America First over Alabama First. 18 years latched to the federal taxpayer teat is time enough. We will rework their blasted, bloated retirement boondoggles over time so they suffer no "hardship." A simple statute and OPM regs will institute term limits for life for "career" military, congressional staff, and bureaucrats. With time calculated running consecutively. Then the ex-federal employee can move on to new employ. [As Victor counseled his "justice impacted," non-slavery-reparateed Senate competitor (ex-Brighton Mayor Brandoun Dean), just take a mild laxative with plenty of water, get up early the next morning, and go get a real job.][2] |
