Victory D. Walker was a 2012 candidate for Position 2 on the 14th Judicial District in Oregon.[1]

2012 election

Walker ran unsuccessfully against incumbent Pat Wolke in the May 15th primary.[2]

Walker received an associate degree in law and justice from Walla Walla Community College, a bachelor's degree in society and justice from the University of Washington and a J.D. from the Willamette College of Law.[3]
