Rolando Toyos
Rolando Toyos ran for election to the Nashville Metro Council to represent District 25 in Tennessee. He lost in the general election on August 3, 2023.
Toyos did not appear on the ballot in 2018 due to a bylaw that required him to have voted in the four most recent statewide Republican primaries. He reportedly missed the 2016 election.[1]
