Rudy Garcia
Rudy Garcia (b. April 15, 1963) is a former Republican member of the Florida State Senate, representing District 40 from 2002 to 2010. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002.

Garcia attended Miami-Dade Community College. His professional experience includes working as a businessman.
