Steven L. Hornbaker was a judge for the Eighth Judicial District in Kansas. He was appointed by Governor Bill Graves in January 2000.[1] He served until he retired from the court effective June 1, 2021.[2]

Hornbaker graduated from the Washburn University with a B.S. in 1970 and with a J.D. in 1973.[1]

Hornbaker was retained to District 8 with 72.9 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

Hornbaker was retained to the district court with 71.2 percent of the vote.[4][5]
