William L. Syler was a circuit court judge for the 32nd Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed to the court on October 1, 1992. He was then elected in 1992 and re-elected in 1996, 2002, and 2008. Syler served as the presiding judge for the court from 1995 to 1996, from 1999 to 2006, and up until his retirement from the bench on December 31, 2014.[1][2][3]

Education

Syler earned his undergraduate degree at Southeast Missouri State University in 1971. He received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1974.[2]
