Jesse S. Harris was an Oklahoma district court judge for Tulsa County, which is located in District 14.[1] He retired on May 30, 2014.[2]
Education
Harris received a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from George Washington University.[3]
2010 election
Harris was re-elected to the district court after running unopposed.[4]
