John V. Finn was a circuit court judge for Branch 2 of the Portage County Circuit Court in Portage County, Wisconsin. He was appointed to the court in 1988 and elected in 1989. Finn was re-elected in 1995, 2001, 2007 and 2013. Finn retired on July 31, 2015.[1][2][3]

Education

Finn earned his B.A. from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his J.D. from St. John's University in Jamaica, New York.[4]

Finn was re-elected to the Portage County Circuit Court after running unopposed in the general election on April 2, 2013.[5]
