John H. Skinner
John H. Skinner was a judge of the Fourth Circuit of Florida. He was appointed to this position in 1996.[1][2][3][4] Skinner retired in January 2019.[5]

Skinner ran for re-election to the Fourth Circuit Court. As an unopposed candidate, he was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot.[4]
Education
He received his B.A. degree from Emory University in 1974. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law.[1]
