Imperial Brands owned Imperial Tobacco, Tabacalera, a Spanish-based cigar company, ITG Brands, Fontem Ventures, which produced the cigarette brand Blu, and Logista, a European-based distribution firm.[4][5][6][7]
ITG Brands was formed out of the merging of Imperial Brands' U.S. operations, which included acquisitions from Lorillard, the third-largest cigarette manufacturer in the U.S., and Reynolds America.[8] ITG Brands LLC includes USA Gold, Dutch Masters, Dutch Cigars, Backwoods, Phillies Krome Cigars, Blu e-cigs, Sonoma, Rave, White Cat, Antonia y Cleopatra, El Producto, Hav-A-Tampa, Miami Suites, Muriel, Supre Sweets, Bali Shag, Premier Tobacco, McClintock, El Rey, Joker, E-Z Wider, Rizla, Rollit, Winston, Salem, Kool, and Maverick.[9]
