Connie S. Phillips is a district court judge for the 11th District Court, which presides over Green, Marion, Taylor, and Washington counties in Kentucky.[1] Phillips was first elected to the court in 1994 and took the bench on December 26 of that year.[2] She was re-elected in 2010 and 2014, and her term expired on January 6, 2019. [3]

2010

Phillips was elected to the 11th District Court. She defeated challenger Jeff Eastham with 69.26 percent of the vote on November 2, 2010.[5][6]

Education

Phillips received her undergraduate degree in 1980 from Campbellsville College. She went on to earn a J.D. in December 1983 from the University of Kentucky College of Law.[2]
