Connie S. Phillips is a district court judge for the 11th District Court, which presides over Green, Marion, Taylor, and Washington counties in Kentucky.[1] Phillips was first elected to the court in 1994 and took the bench on December 26 of that year.[2] She was re-elected in 2010 and 2014, and her term expired on January 6, 2019. Phillips was elected to the 11th District Court. She defeated challenger Jeff Eastham with 69.26 percent of the vote on November 2, 2010.[5][6]

Phillips received her undergraduate degree in 1980 from Campbellsville College. She went on to earn a J.D. in December 1983 from the University of Kentucky College of Law.[2]
