Elpedio N. Vitale is a judge for the New Haven District Superior Court in Connecticut.[1] He was appointed to the bench in 1993 by Governor John Rowland.[2]

Vitale earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1980. He was awarded a J.D. from Western New England College, School of Law in 1983.[3]
