Education
Hopkins received his B.A. from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He received his J.D.from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Hopkins served as Howard County deputy prosecutor from 1995 to 2005.[2][3]
2012 election
Hopkins ran unopposed in the 2012 election.[4]
