Biography

Horacio Wheelock received a B.S. degree in finance/economics and an M.B.A. from Spring Hill College. He obtained a J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law. Before his judicial appointment, Wheelock was the president of Horacio Wheelock Law Offices, P.C., L.L.O. He previously served as an administrative license revocation hearing officer at the state Department of Motor Vehicles, as an assistant Douglas County public defender, and as an assistant state attorney for the 11th Circuit Court in Florida.
