J.R. Gaines is a judge of the 15th Circuit Court in Alabama.[1]  He took office on January 19, 2015, and his term expired on January 17, 2021.

Prior to his judicial election in 2014, Gaines was an attorney in private practice at the law firm of Gaines Law Firm.[2]
