John D. Simcoe is a district court judge for the 9th District Court, which presides over Hardin County in Kentucky.[1] Simcoe was appointed in December 1999 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4] His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[5]
