Julie M. Kepple is a district court judge for the 28th Judicial District, which presides over Buncombe County of North Carolina.[1] She was elected to the court in 2010 for a full four-year term.[2] Kepple was re-elected to the 28th Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]
