Mark A. Stephens is an associate judge for the 39th Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He was elected to the court in 2009.[2]

Stephens was re-elected to the 39th Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[3]
