Richard Stewart
Richard Stewart is an associate judge for the Missouri 21st Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed by Gov. Jay Nixon (D) on June 29, 2016, to a newly created seat on the court.[1]
Biography
Stewart earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri. He holds a J.D. from Saint Louis University. Stewart ran a legal practice in St. Louis from 2000 to his appointment to the bench.[1]
