Butch Binford is the Republican Place 3 judge on the 20th Circuit Court in Alabama. He was initially appointed to the seat by Gov. Bob Riley (R) in 2008 to fill the unexpired term of Judge Denny L. Holloway. Binford won election to a full six-year term in 2010. He won re-election in the general election on November 8, 2016.[1]
