Addie H. Rawls is a district court judge for the 11th Judicial District, which presides over Harnett, Johnston, and Lee counties of North Carolina.[1] Rawls was re-elected to the 11th Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[2][3]
