This measure sought to increase the current property tax rate to .4 percent of assessed property value in order to further pay for fire protection services in the township.[2]

Text of measure

The question on the ballot:

Shall the maximum allowable tax rate for the Allin Township Fire Protection District be increased from 0.30% to 0.40% of the value of all taxable property within the District as equalized or assessed by the Department of Revenue?[3]
