Strong background in administration, personnel management, and leadership, guiding both students and peers. Hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University and a bachelor’s in history and social studies from Delaware State University. Committed to promoting academic achievement, personal growth, and civic engagement through effective communication, organization, and problem-solving.

• I want to strengthen student achievement in math and literacy by supporting effective instruction and targeted interventions.
• I also hope to successfully negotiate a fair and sustainable CREA contract that supports both educators and the district.
• Recruiting and retaining high-quality teachers and staff will be a major priority, along with ensuring schools remain safe, welcoming, and positive learning environments where all students can succeed.
