The ballot title for Measure Nos. 308-309 was as follows:

AN ACT RELATING TO WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION AND AMENDING ARTICLE 9, CHAPTER 56, ARIZONA CODE, 1939 AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SECTION 56-952 (a) TO EXCLUDE FROM THE AVERAGE MONTHLY WAGE, AS THE MEASURE OF COMPENSATION, ALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF $300.00 PER MONTH, AND BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 56-954 (a) TO LIMIT THE TOTAL OF BENEFITS WHICH MAY BE PAID ALL DEPENDENTS OF A DECEASED EMPLOYEE TO $25,000.00.
