Arkansas 24th State Judicial District
The Arkansas 24th State Judicial District is composed of the counties of Montgomery, Polk, and Scott. This court district was created in 2021 as part of the reorganization of Arkansas' former local judicial districts, which is taking place from 2011 to 2029.[1]
Prior to the creation of the district, each of these counties was served by one local court with one judge each. The new state district that serves all three has one judge and three departments located in Mena, Mount Ida, and Waldron.[1]
