Arkansas judge announces retirement

Arkansas: Judge Ray B. Stanley of the Polk County Court has announced his plans to retire at the end of the year instead of running for re-election. Stanley made the announcement on Thursday, February 5, saying, "It’s time to let somebody else do it."[1]
