A Beyers Lane Community Service District Parcel Tax, Measure P ballot question was on the March 4, 2014 election ballot for voters in the Beyers Lane Community Service District in Nevada County, California, where it was defeated.
If approved, this measure would have authorized a parcel tax of $350 per parcel per year to provide road maintenance and improvements in the district. The annual limit on spending by the district was set by law at $20,000.[1]

The question on the ballot:
Shall the Beyers Lane Community Service District levy an annual special tax upon all taxable real property located within the boundaries of the Beyers Lane Community Service District in an amount not to exceed $350 per parcel per year for the purpose of providing road maintenance and improvements within the boundaries of the Beyers Lane Community Service District?[1][2] |
