Moser ran for election in the 2010 election for Alabama State Senate District 33. Moser defeated Jeffrey Jones and Walter G. Bracey in the June 1 Republican primary and was defeated by Vivian Figures (D) in the general election, which took place on November 2, 2010.[1][2]
