Bynum Gibson, Jr. is the Division 3 judge of the Tenth Circuit of Arkansas. Gibson has sat on the court since 1999. He was re-elected to the Tenth Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2][3][4]
