Carlton LaTain "Tain" Kell, Sr. was a superior court judge of the Cobb County Judicial Circuit in Georgia. He was appointed to this position by Gov. Sonny Perdue on December 10, 2007.[1][2]

Education

Kell received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia-Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communications in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1987.[1]

2012 election

Kell ran unopposed for re-election to the Cobb Superior Court.[3] He was re-elected after receiving 99.6% of the vote in the July 31 election.[4]
