Education
Reece received his undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University in 1977. He then earned a master's degree from Prairie View A & M University in 1986.[2]
Career
Reece is the director of alternative education for New Waverly Independent School District and is an adjunct professor with the Lonestar College system.[2][3]
