A Christian, married to Deysi Chicas. I made Benton County my home in 2000. Currently serving in the Board of Directos of Northwest Arkansas Technical Institute, serving my second term. I am a high school counselor, father of 3: Kelly, Carley, and Carlitos Chicas.
