Carlton Milo Higbie IV
Carlton Milo Higbie IV was a 2014 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Connecticut.[1] He was defeated in the GOP primary convention.[2][3]
Biography
Higbie served in the United States Navy. He worked as a Navy Seal from 2003 through 2012. Higbie is now a small business owner.[4]

Higbie ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Connecticut's 4th District.[1] Higbie was defeated by Dan Debicella in the Republican convention on May 16, 2014.[2]
