Cheryl A. McCally is a judge on the Sixth Circuit Court for Montgomery County in Maryland.[1] She was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley in March 2010, filling the seat vacated by Ann S. Harrington.[2][3] McCally was re-elected to the court on November 2, 2010 to a full fifteen-year term, ending in 2025.[4][5]

McCally received her undergraduate degree from the American University in 1980 and her J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983.[1]
