Clinton W. Smith was one of the Common Pleas judges of Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Smith retired from the court in 2003 and took senior judge status. In 2011, he reached the mandatory retirement age of 78 for senior judges.[2]

Education

Smith earned his undergraduate degree from Lycoming College and his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.[3]
