David F. Pugh is a former circuit court judge for the 7th Judicial Circuit in Virginia.[1] He was first appointed to the court in April 1990.[2] Pugh retired from the bench on February 1, 2017.[3]
Education
Pugh received his undergraduate degree from Hampton College in 1968 and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary in 1973.[2][4]
