David Skinner was a judge on the New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration Court.[1] Governor Susana Martinez (R) appointed Skinner August 15, 2011. He was reappointed in 2012.[2] Skinner retired in 2017.[3]
Education
Skinner received his bachelor's degree in agronomy from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colo., in 1981, and earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1987.[1]
Career
Skinner practiced in workers' compensation law in New Mexico for more than 25 years, and taught workers' compensation law at numerous, accredited Continuing Legal Education seminars.[1]
